Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Dropshipping Fulfillment

Tracking Information

Customs, Duties & Taxes


Our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from international suppliers (primarily from China) via our fulfillment partner, AutoDS.


For Indonesian customers: Packages arriving from overseas may be subject to import duties and VAT (PPN) imposed by Indonesian customs (Bea Cukai). These charges are determined by Indonesian customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.


For international customers: Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by your country's customs authority. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Claims for damaged items should include:

We currently do not ship to certain countries or regions due to shipping limitations, customs restrictions, or courier availability.
